The Directors

As directors we have a combined experience of almost 50 years
in the construction industry
and 25 in glazing.

Andrew Stirling

Andrew is qualified glazier and plasterer and has over
25 years experience in these fields. Completing his apprenticeship with Oliver Davey Glass, he quickly moved into an Assistant Management role servicing both the commercial and domestic industries.

Since then Andrew has worked with companies such as LU Simons, WH Cockrams & Sons as a foreman, Key Interiors, Bovis Lend Lease and Multiplex . Sites worked on include Dandenong Plaza, Beacon Cove Apartments, Melbourne Magistrates Court, Nolan Apartments Docklands, Flinders Wharf Apartments naming a few.

Andrew has management and directorial experience, estimating experience and applies all of these skills to
AJN Glass & Glazing whilst maintaining a hands-on role
to ensure strict quality control. Andrew is OHS qualified.

Justin Hickey

With over 15 years experience in the commercial and housing industries as a plasterer with companies including WH Cockrams, Red Earth Plastering and Key Interiors. Prior to his entry into the building industry, Justin worked in accounts at Drake Personnel and BP Australia.

He backed his business experience with further business management training through C.A.E. Justin’s role in AJN Glass & Glazing includes job estimating, liaising with builders, suppliers, business development and expansion management.

Nathan Hickey

Nathan has over 20 years experience in the commercial building industry as a carpenter upon completing a four year apprenticeship where he achieved apprentice of the year. This was followed by 10 years as a carpenter with WH Cockrams and then 5 years as a Foreman overseeing such projects as Federation Square, Bourke Place and Yarra’s Edge. Nathan’s role in AJN Glass & Glazing includes estimating; liaising with builders, site management and business development
